Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Fordland Eagles (Fordland, MO) and the host Forsyth Panthers (Forsyth, MO), observed Fordland's volleyball team top Forsyth by a count of 2-0.

The Eagles (18-7) will now prepare for their contest against Seymour (Seymour, MO). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 4-20 record. In their last contest, Seymour was knocked off by Conway (Conway, MO), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
