South Dakota High School Volleyball - Groton over Langford

The Groton Tigers (Groton, SD) volleyball knocked off the visiting Langford Lions (Langford, SD), 3-0 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northwestern Area for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 22. Groton will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Wildcats record now stands at 26-6.

With the loss, Langford drops to 10-17 on the campaign. The Lions host Webster (Webster, SD) to clash with the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 22. The Bearcats come into the bout with a record of 9-10. Webster won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Redfield (Redfield, SD)
