In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Kennedy Cavaliers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Poolesville Falcons.
The Cavaliers (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record.
Next, the Falcons meet the Whitman Vikings (Bethesda, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 23. Poolesville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD).
