Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] Cyclones (Wathena, KS), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Nemaha Central advances its record to 37-5 on the season. The Thunder host Wellsville (Wellsville, KS) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, October 21. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 13-21. Wellsville lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Anderson County (Garnett, KS)

The Cyclones now sport a 4-27 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marysville for a non-league test on Monday, October 21. Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Rock Creek (St. George, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-20.
