Illinois High School Volleyball - Frankfort over Carbondale

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Frankfort Redbirds volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Carbondale Terriers.

The Redbirds (10-22) will now prepare for their challenge against Massac County (Metropolis, IL). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 25-5 record. In their last challenge, Massac County beat Anna-Jonesboro (Anna, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Terriers meet the Carterville Lions (Carterville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 22. Carbondale will attempt to upgrade on its 12-18 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 18-14 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Richland County (Olney, IL).
