The Burlingame Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Milpitas Trojans to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 22-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Branham for a non-league game on Saturday, October 22. Burlingame will meet a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 league win over Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 21-3.
The Trojans (17-12) will now prepare for their game against Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 13-12 record. In their last game, Palo Alto dropped by Cupertino (Cupertino, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
