The Cupertino Pioneers topped the host Evergreen Valley Cougars volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pioneers now have a 16-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league test on Saturday, October 22. Cupertino will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Balboa (San Francisco, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-14.
The Cougars (4-15) will now prepare for their test against Harbor (Santa Cruz, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league challenge with a 22-5 record. In their last challenge, Harbor defeated Aptos (Aptos, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
