Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Surry Central Golden Eagles (Dobson, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cougars clash with the East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 25. Southwestern Randolph will attempt to advance on its 24-3 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the match with a 21-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC).
With the loss, Surry Central drops to 10-12 on the campaign.
