California High School Flag Football - Esperanza tops Santiago

The Esperanza Aztecs flag football squad scored 27 points and limited the visiting Santiago Sharks to 14 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Aztecs now hold a 14-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newbury Park for a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. Esperanza will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 21-20 non-league win over Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-7.

With the defeat, Santiago drops to 9-4 on the campaign.
