Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA) and the host Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA), observed Sultan's volleyball team hold off Evergreen by a count of 2-1.

The Turks (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe (Monroe, WA). The Bearcats enter the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Monroe got by Marysville-Pilchuck (Marysville, WA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 24. Evergreen will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 5-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Highline (Burien, WA).
