Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Benet Academy moves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Redwings travel to Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Friday, October 25. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 14-4. Timothy Christian won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL)
The Spartans now sport a 4-11 record.
