The Chaparral Pumas overwhelmed the host Roosevelt Mustangs football squad by a margin of 34-0 in Wednesday's league test.
The Pumas now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a test on Wednesday, October 29. Chaparral will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 49-12 league win over Norco (Norco, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 6-3.
The Mustangs (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA). The Nighthawks enter the challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Murrieta Valley bounced Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA), 56-3, in a league outing.
