The Buckley Griffins volleyball squad (Sherman Oaks, CA), was defeated 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Corona Panthers (Corona, CA)

With the win, Corona improves its record to 24-13 on the season. The Panthers travel to Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) to meet the Dolphins in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 25. The Dolphins enter the contest with a record of 19-18. Chadwick won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Kennedy (La Palma, CA)

The Griffins now own a 14-8 record.
