The St. Pauls Bulldogs football team (St. Pauls, NC), was ripped 50-16 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC)

The Dark Horses (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairmont (Fairmont, NC). The Golden Tornadoes come into the 2A Southeastern challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Fairmont trounced West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC), 26-14, in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Midway for a 2A Southeastern challenge on Friday, October 27. St. Pauls will meet a Raiders team coming off a 26-12 league win over Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 7-2.
