Louisiana High School Volleyball - Haynes Academy over John Curtis Christian

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA) and the visiting John Curtis Christian Patriots (River Ridge, LA), saw Haynes Academy's volleyball squad beat John Curtis Christian by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Haynes Academy upgrades its record to 20-9 on the year. The travel to Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Avondale, LA) to play the Tigers in a Division IV District 6 bout on Tuesday, October 24. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-11. Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Ursuline Academy (New Orleans, LA)

The Patriots now own a 27-6 record. They play next when they travel to Assumption for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 25. John Curtis Christian will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-18.
