The West Jefferson Buccaneers prevailed the visiting South Plaquemines Hurricanes volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Buccaneers now have a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host John Ehret for a Division I District 8 test on Tuesday, October 24. West Jefferson will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over South Plaquemines (Buras, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 15-10.
The Hurricanes (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA). The enter the non-league test with a 16-23 record.
