Cheshire Academy Cats (Cheshire, CT) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Berkshire School Bears (Sheffield, MA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Cheshire Academy advances its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Cats travel to Frederick Gunn (Washington, CT) to clash with the Highlanders in a Colonial test on Saturday, October 26. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 2-4. Frederick Gunn won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Hamden Hall Country Day (Hamden, CT)

The Bears now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northfield Mount Hermon for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 6.
