The Iowa Yellowjackets topped the visiting Welsh Greyhounds volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Yellowjackets face the Lake Charles College Prep Trailblazers (Lake Charles, LA) in a Division III District 1 game, on Thursday, October 24. Iowa will attempt to advance on its 13-16 season record. The Trailblazers go into the game with a 5-13 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Eunice (Eunice, LA).
The Greyhounds (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Port Barre (Port Barre, LA). The Red Devils go into the non-league game with a 11-11 record. In their last game, Port Barre gained a win over Marksville (Marksville, LA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
