Texas High School Football - Kerens falls to Mildred

The Mildred Eagles felled the visiting Kerens Bobcats football team by a score of 37-13 in Thursday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Carlisle Indians (Price, TX) in a 2A-1 Region II District 8 challenge, on Friday, October 31. Mildred will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 45-14 league loss to Frankston (Frankston, TX).

The Bobcats (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Cayuga (Cayuga, TX). The Wildcats enter the 2A-1 Region II District 8 game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Cayuga notched a victory over Cross Roads (Malakoff, TX), 24-0, in a league game.
