With the defeat, Chambers drops to 6-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC) to face the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 29. The Mavericks go into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Mallard Creek won 38-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Butler (Matthews, NC)
