In Thursday's non-league contest, the Waterford-Halfmoon Fordians (Waterford, NY) soccer team routed the visiting Schoharie Storm (Schoharie, NY), by a margin of 8-1.
The Fordians now hold a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Loudonville Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 27. Waterford-Halfmoon will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville (St. Johnsville, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 15-2.
With the loss, Schoharie moves to 5-11 on the year.
