The Alexandria Valley Cubs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host St. John Paul II Falcons to 2 in the Valley Cubs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Valley Cubs now possess a 39-7 record. They play next when they host West Morgan for a non-league outing on Friday, October 24. Alexandria will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Plainview (Rainsville, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 24-22.

With the loss, St. John Paul II drops to 30-12 on the campaign.
