In Thursday's non-league match, the Springport Spartans (Springport, MI) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI), by a final score of 1-0.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Concord Yellowjackets (Concord, MI) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 25. Springport will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 21-8 record after their 3-2 league win over Quincy (Quincy, MI).
With the loss, Comstock drops to 7-17 on the campaign. The Colts host Bangor (Bangor, MI) to battle the Vikings in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 28. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 19-4.
