Arizona High School Football - Brophy College Prep prevails Corona del Sol

In Thursday's league match, the host Brophy College Prep Broncos football squad scored a good 45-14 triumph over the Corona del Sol Aztecs.

The Broncos (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ). The Pride come into the 6A Central match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Mountain Pointe was beaten by Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ), 29-12, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Aztecs confront the Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) in a 6A Central match, on Friday, November 1. Corona del Sol will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Thunder come into the match with a 2-6 record after their 47-26 non-league win over Ironwood (Glendale, AZ).
