California High School Football - Enochs overwhelmed by Downey

October 24, 2024: Modesto, CA 95355

In Thursday's league game, the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) football team triumphed over the visiting Enochs Eagles (Modesto, CA), by a score of 66-7.

In their next game, the Knights face the Gregori Jaguars (Modesto, CA) in a Central California - CCAL game, on Friday, November 1. Downey will attempt to improve on its 8-1 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 4-5 record after their 25-22 league win over Pitman (Turlock, CA).

The Eagles (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Turlock (Turlock, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Central California - CCAL game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Turlock overwhelmed Modesto (Modesto, CA), 42-0, in a league game.
