Alabama High School Football - Southern Choctaw overwhelmed by Sweet Water

October 24, 2024: Gilbertown, AL 36908

In Thursday's league game, the Sweet Water Bulldogs (Sweet Water, AL) football team triumphed over the host Southern Choctaw Indians (Gilbertown, AL), by a score of 35-0.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Tanner Rattlers (Tanner, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, November 1. Sweet Water will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Rattlers enter the game with a 2-7 record after their 46-6 league loss to Red Bay (Red Bay, AL).

The Indians (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Excel (Excel, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Excel overwhelmed Monroe County (Monroeville, AL), 51-24, in a league game.
