The West Ouachita Chiefs were victorious over the host Wossman Wildcats football team by a score of 34-13 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Chiefs face the Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA) in a 4A District 2 challenge, on Friday, November 1. West Ouachita will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Warhorses enter the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 52-28 league loss to Tioga (Tioga, LA).
The Wildcats (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin Parish (Winnsboro, LA). The Patriots enter the 4A District 2 challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Franklin Parish ran past Grant (Dry Prong, LA), 53-0, in a league challenge.
