The Gwynn Park Yellowjackets were victorious over the visiting Laurel Spartans football team by a score of 20-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 31. Gwynn Park will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
The Spartans (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Douglass ran past Friendly (Fort Washington, MD), 36-0, in a non-league challenge.
