The Mount Pleasant Tigers were victorious over the visiting North Stanly Comets football team by a score of 26-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 30. Mount Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 32-26 non-league win over Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

The Comets (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Albemarle lost by Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 48-30, in a non-league challenge.
