Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ponaganset improves its record to 10-5 on the season.

The Mariners now own a 1-5 record.
