In Thursday's league challenge, the host Highland Baptist Christian Bears volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the V.B. Glencoe Charter Gators.
The Bears (7-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Westminster Academy (Opelousas, LA). The Crusaders enter the non-league challenge with a 26-6 record. In their last challenge, Westminster Academy was beaten by Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gators meet the Grand Isle Trojans (Grand Isle, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 25. V.B. Glencoe Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA).
