Sutton/Douglas Sammies (Sutton, MA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Colonels (Worcester, MA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sutton/Douglas improves its record to 1-0 on the season.

The Colonels now own a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reading Memorial for a non-league test on Friday, November 1. South will face a Rockets squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 8-12.
