Colorado High School Volleyball - The Vanguard School over St. Mary's

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the The Vanguard School Coursers (Colorado Springs, CO) and the visiting St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO), observed The Vanguard School's volleyball team top St. Mary's by a count of 3-1.

The Coursers (15-6) will now prepare for their contest against Atlas Preparatory School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Gryphons enter the 3A/2A Tri-Peaks contest with a 1-16 record.

With the loss, St. Mary's drops to 8-10 on the campaign. The Pirates host Lotus School For Excellence (Aurora, CO) to clash with the Meteors in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 26. The Meteors come into the bout with a record of 2-12. Lotus School For Excellence lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Aurora West College Prep Academy (Aurora, CO)
