Arizona High School Football - Sahuaro trounces Amphitheater

In Friday's league match, the visiting Sahuaro Cougars football team scored a big 35-0 win over the Amphitheater Panthers.

With the win, Sahuaro improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Cougars host Mica Mountain (Tucson, AZ) to play the Thunderbolts in a 4A Kino battle on Friday, October 31. The Thunderbolts go into the battle with a record of 7-2. Mica Mountain won 56-6 in their recent league battle against Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ)

The Panthers now have a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Walden Grove for a 4A Kino battle on Friday, October 31. Amphitheater will play a Red Wolves team coming off a 28-7 league win over Douglas (Douglas, AZ). The Red Wolves record now stands at 6-3.
