The Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA) football knocked off the host Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA), 34-20 in Friday's league outing.

The Bobcats now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to California City for a High Desert outing on Friday, October 31. Boron will battle a Ravens squad coming off a 49-0 league loss to Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA). The Ravens record now stands at 2-7.

Coming up next, the Roadrunners battle the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) in a High Desert contest, on Friday, October 31. Rosamond will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Scorpions enter the contest with a 0-9 record after their 63-6 league loss to Bishop Union (Bishop, CA).
