In Friday's league match, the host Boston Latin Academy Dragons football squad scored a good 16-8 triumph over the Boston English/New Mission Bulldogs.
The Dragons (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brighton/Kennedy Health Careers (Brighton, MA). The go into the Boston City challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Brighton/Kennedy Health Careers toppled Roxbury Prep Charter (Jamaica Plain, MA), 56-20, in a league challenge.
The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against O'Bryant (Roxbury, MA). The Tigers go into the Boston City challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, O'Bryant was dropped by Minuteman Regional (Lexington, MA), 24-0, in a non-league challenge.
