Connecticut High School Football - Bridgeport Central crushed by Ridgefield

The Ridgefield Tigers walloped the visiting Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers football team by a score of 52-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers face the McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT) in a non-league test, on Thursday, October 30. Ridgefield will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Senators come into the test with a 2-4 record after their 29-28 non-league loss to Danbury (Danbury, CT).

With the defeat, Bridgeport Central falls to 1-5 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Westhill (Stamford, CT) to face the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 1. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. Westhill lost 47-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Norwalk (Norwalk, CT)
