Massachusetts High School Football - Brockton wallops New Bedford

The Brockton Boxers football squad scored 41 points and limited the host New Bedford Whalers to 0 in the Boxers league triumph on Friday.

The Boxers now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Durfee for a Big Three test on Saturday, November 1. Brockton will meet a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 35-0 non-league win over Tech Boston Academy (Dorchester, MA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, New Bedford falls to 0-7 on the year. The Whalers host Dartmouth (South Dartmouth, MA) to face the Indians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 1. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 5-2. Dartmouth lost 41-13 in their recent league challenge against Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA)
