Delaware High School Football - Caravel Academy tops William Penn

The Caravel Academy Buccaneers football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting William Penn Colonials to 12 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Friday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salesianum for a non-league test on Friday, October 31. Caravel Academy will meet a Sallies squad coming off a 16-6 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, DE). The Sallies record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, William Penn falls to 1-7 on the year. The Colonials travel to Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE) to face the Jaguars in a 3A District 1 challenge on Thursday, October 30. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Appoquinimink won 42-6 in their recent league challenge against Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE)
