Pitman Pride (Turlock, CA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Enochs Eagles (Modesto, CA), 31-24 in a league match.

The Pride (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Gregori (Modesto, CA). The Jaguars come into the Central California - CCAL match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Gregori tipped Modesto (Modesto, CA), 35-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) in a Central California - CCAL battle, on Thursday, October 30. Enochs will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Knights go into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 29-26 league win over Turlock (Turlock, CA).
