Tennessee High School Football - McCallie prevails Montgomery Bell Academy

In Friday's league match, the host McCallie Blue Tornado football squad scored a good 48-21 triumph over the Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red.

The Blue Tornado (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN). The Lions come into the Division II-AAA East match with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Christ Presbyterian Academy was dropped by Knoxville Catholic (Knoxville, TN), 28-26, in a league battle.

The Big Red now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ensworth for a Division II-AAA East battle on Friday, October 31. Montgomery Bell Academy will play a Tigers team coming off a 35-21 league loss to Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 6-3.
