The Orland Trojans overwhelmed the visiting Oroville Tigers football squad by a margin of 56-6 in Friday's league test.

The Trojans now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corning for a Westside League test on Friday, October 31. Orland will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 42-33 league loss to Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-3.

With the defeat, Oroville drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Live Oak (Live Oak, CA) to face the Lions in a Westside League challenge on Thursday, October 30. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Live Oak lost 56-0 in their recent league challenge against Gridley (Gridley, CA)
