Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA), 15-9 in a league battle.

The Seahawks (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Lions come into the non-league match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Bellarmine Prep was nudged by Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA), 42-20, in a league match.
