The St. Michael Warriors walloped the visiting Port Allen Pelicans football team by a score of 56-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Brusly Panthers (Brusly, LA) in a 4A District 6 challenge, on Thursday, October 30. St. Michael will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 39-0 league win over McKinley (Baton Rouge, LA).
The Pelicans (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Collegiate (Baton Rouge, LA). The come into the 3A District 6 test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Collegiate was overwhelmed by Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 50-0, in a league test.
