The Palmer Ridge Bears the visiting Ponderosa Mustangs softball team by a margin of 9-7 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Bears now sport a 23-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pueblo Central for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 24. Palmer Ridge will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Mead (Longmont, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 21-5.
