In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Lyman Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Belle Fourche Broncs.
The Raiders (17-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD). The Cubs enter the non-league challenge with a 5-16 record. In their last challenge, Chamberlain beat Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD), 3-0, in a league challenge.
The Broncs now own a 6-27 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hill City for a A Region 8 test on Tuesday, October 28. Belle Fourche will face a Rangers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD). The Rangers record now stands at 21-12.
