In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cheraw Wolverines volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Walsh Eagles.
The Wolverines (13-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Simla (Simla, CO). The Cubs enter the non-league challenge with a 17-2 record. In their last challenge, Simla beat Fowler (Fowler, CO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] Patriots (Vilas, CO) in a 1A Arkansas Valley challenge, on Tuesday, October 28. Walsh will attempt to upgrade on its 2-20 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 18-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Wiley (Wiley, CO).
