Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Patriots (24-19) will now prepare for their challenge against Hazel Green (Hazel Green, AL). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 34-10 record. In their last challenge, Hazel Green beat Huffman (Birmingham, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
