South Dakota High School Volleyball - Watertown over Sturgis Brown

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Watertown Arrows volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sturgis Brown Scoopers.

The Arrows (16-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Douglas (Box Elder, SD). The Patriots come into the AA District 1 challenge with a 7-21 record. In their last challenge, Douglas was beaten by Lead-Deadwood (Lead, SD), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Scoopers meet the Brookings Bobcats (Brookings, SD) in a AA District 1 test, on Friday, October 24. Sturgis Brown will attempt to improve on its 7-17 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 7-17 record after their 3-0 league win over Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD).
