The Penobscot Valley Howlers smashed the host Fort Fairfield Tigers soccer squad by a margin of 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Howlers now sport a 15-2 record. They play next when they travel to Central Aroostook for a non-league match on Friday, October 28. Penobscot Valley will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Hodgdon (Hodgdon, ME). The Panthers record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Fort Fairfield drops to 6-9 on the season.
